One useful answer
Am I inside or outside IR35?
It depends on each contract and how you work day to day. Who decides how the work is done, and whether you could send someone else, both matter. We can review a contract for you before you start.

Quick questions
How should I pay myself from my company?
If you're outside IR35, you can usually pay yourself a mix of salary and dividends. We'll set out a plan with you each year.
Do I need to register for VAT?
Once your sales go over the VAT limit, you'll need to. You can also choose to register before then. We'll keep an eye on it and do your VAT returns.
Should I use a limited company or an umbrella?
With an umbrella company, you become its employee and it pays you through payroll. With your own limited company, you run the company. We'll talk through which suits you.
