Sound familiar?
Roles that end and start
A role for a few months, a gap, and then the next one.
Inside or outside IR35?
Working inside a client's team can raise the question. Does it apply to your role?
Your own company to run
Accounts, Corporation Tax and paying yourself, on top of a demanding role.
Between roles, your business carries on.
Interim work can mean leading a team through change, covering a senior role or turning a project around fast. Each role brings new people and new ways of working, and the time between roles is part of the business too.
We're interested in how you work, the roles you enjoy and how you plan the gaps between them. With that picture, we can keep your company in good order. You'll get advice you can rely on, wherever the next role takes you.

One useful answer
Does IR35 apply to an interim role?
It can, so it's worth checking each role. IR35 looks at the contract and how you work day to day. We can review both for you, so you know where you stand.

Quick questions
How should I pay myself from my company?
If you're outside IR35, you can usually pay yourself a mix of salary and dividends. We'll set out a plan with you each year.
What if I'm between roles?
Your company can stay open between roles. We'll keep your accounts and filings up to date while you find the next one.
Should I use a limited company or an umbrella?
With an umbrella company, you become its employee and it pays you through payroll. With your own limited company, you run the company. We'll talk through which suits you.
