For influencers

Tax help for influencers.

Brands pay you in money and in free products. We'll work out what goes on your tax return.

Sound familiar?

Paid in cash and in gifts

Some deals pay money, some send products. Do you pay tax on both?

Money from all sides

Brands, agencies and affiliate links, each paying in its own way and at its own time.

January sneaks up

Then it's a rush to find every deal, invoice and receipt from the year.

Your name is your business.

Behind every post there's work most followers never see. There are pitches, contracts and agency emails, and the brands you turn down because they don't feel right. Some influencers have a manager for all of that. Others handle every deal themselves.

We're interested in how you work and which partnerships matter to you. Once we know that, we can keep the money side as organised as the rest of your business. Our advice will suit the way you've built it.

What we do for you

We take care of it all.

  • Your tax return, done and filed

Every deal, payout and gift that counts, added up and filed on time.

  • Your expenses, sorted

The work side of your phone, camera, lighting and the apps you post with.

  • Your books on Xero

Brand payments and invoices in one place, set up for you and kept tidy.

One useful answer

Do free gifts from brands count as income?

If a brand gives you something in return for a post, it usually counts as income, even with no money paid. A gift you didn't ask for, with nothing expected back, usually doesn't. We'll help you keep a simple list, so you know which is which.

Quick questions

Can I claim the clothes I wear in my posts?

Usually not, if they're clothes you could wear every day. Props and kit you only use for work are different. We'll check what counts.

Do I need to register as self-employed?

If you earn from brand deals outside of a job, you may need to. We'll check and sort it for you.

Should I be a sole trader or a limited company?

It depends on how much you earn and your plans. Our free report compares the two for you.
